Griffith University opens new centre in Dubai

Griffith University is proving to be a popular choice amongst international students. The number of applications has been growing steadily over the past several years and as a result enrolled GU international student numbers have now risen substantially to well over 7,000.

As a result of this increase in numbers the GU management has recognised that the student community needs more support and assistance. The GU Admissions area has developed an innovative admissions processing system that promises to enhance efficiency by reducing turnaround times by including better processes and communication measures.  This should result in substantially better client management relationship and a highly efficient system of processing, overall.

GU is proud of its reputation and it is committed to provide excellent support to the agent network.  There will be three Griffith University Offshore Admissions Offices opening in India, UAE and Eastern Europe, respectively.

The First offshore centre is set to open in Dubai.  Ms Shyamala Elango of Inner Universe will run this centre with staff trained in GU processing protocols.   Shyamala has impeccable credentials and has many years of experience in international education as a trained counsellor and office manager in the Gulf region.

The IU  team will be looking after processing of all applications for all programs offered by Griffith University (EXCEPT Research and Higher Degrees Programs - these will still need to be sent to Griffith University in Australia). The centre in Dubai will be responsible for all admission related processes for all applications from the Middle East region.   This means you will no longer need to send applications to Australia. They will be able to assess and issue offers from Dubai resulting in significantly reduced turnaround times and increased efficiency for the benefit of our clients and applicants.    It will boost communication as the office will be in the same region as you and hence there will be no issues relating to different time zones, etc. For more details please contact
