  • Provide complete analysis of costs that would be incurred during the proposed course of study including tuition, living, accommodation, medical insurance etc
  • Provide complete information regarding the admission process including eligibility criteria, academic requirements, English language requirements, deadlines, processing time, curricula, concentrations, rules and regulations, completion requirements etc
  • Advise post graduate opportunities
  • Assist with applications including despatch, follow up and advise the students of responses and status updates
  • Provide complete information and guidance on visa formalities including documentation, medical requirements, time frame etc
  • Assist with visa application including file preparation & documentation
  • Source out and finalise suitable accommodation options to match students personal preferences
  • Provide complete details of such accommodation including location, distance from the campus (for off campus arrangements) costs, facilities etc
  • Organise pre departure briefing, airport reception etc s to orient the student’s travel and settling in.
  • Interface with the families and provide feedback on their ward’s achievements and academic progress.
  • Organise alumni meetings and utilize the alumni network  for support of prospective students
  • Organise virtual tours, and  video conferences to facilitate interaction with faculty and preview facilites and campuses
  • Organise study tours and familiarization trips
  • Organise information sessions and career days

·         Represent them in a manner that portrays all their programs, courses and facilities

·         Provide them with market intelligence to formulate their developmental programs for the region

·         Initiate collaborative partnerships and arrangements with the Governmental agencies / other education providers in the region

·         Support their marketing activities in the region

·         Support them during exhibitions and related events
